In working with clients across the country as a coach I see the average time for a successful divergence from past behaviors to be about 6 to 8 weeks. Trust me you have 2 million years of genetics on your side and whole foods will start to seem even MORE appealing than twinkies and Dorritos.

Number two: The proof is in the whole-food pudding. 🥑

The body will respond favorably to your new choices. Sleep, energy levels, flexibility, and cognitive function should improve so much that just the idea of returning to eating shit for breakfast will not even seem like an option. And after insulting you for eating shit for breakfast…I think it’s time to jump into our main dish.

Critical thinking and record cerebral response time will be achieved from broccoli, cauliflower, kale, swiss chard, carrots and wild salmon not Domino’s and Taco Bell.
