The body will respond favorably to your new choices. Sleep, energy levels, flexibility, and cognitive function should improve so much that just the idea of returning to eating shit for breakfast will not even seem like an option. And after insulting you for eating shit for breakfast…I think it’s time to jump into our main dish.
Paleo Taco Salad
1-lb of Butternut Squash Fries
1-Cup of sliced Brussel Sprouts
5-Wild Carrots (sliced)
1-Pound of Grass-Fed Beef
1/2 cup of sweet onions
1-cup of broccoli
1/2 Tsp Turmeric, Sage, Thyme
- Pre-Heat oven to 395-deg. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and add the squash, Brussels, sliced carrots, and broccoli. Top with olive oil and sea salt and bake till golden brown 30-40 minutes. Pro-tip: the crispier the better!
- In a ceramic pan saute the beef, onions, cayenne, and turmeric till golden brown with 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil on medium heat after two minutes add the sage and thyme to desired taste.
- When baked to perfection take 1 .5 cups of the vegetables, 1 tsp of turmeric, and 1 tbsp of olive oil and add to a food processor for 30 seconds.
- To a mixing bowl add the beef, remaining veggies, chopped romaine hearts, and topping from the processor. Stir vigorously and plate.
