Green Garden Smash


Whats the easiest way to upregulate your green veggie intake? A Garden vegetable smash! This is among my favorite kitchen creations: quick, easy and packing in over 6 servings of greens in a single dish. This Freddie-Set-Go original works great as a side dish but it’s also hearty enough for the main course.


1 cup of Lima Beans
1 cup of Broccoli
3 Wild heirloom Carrots 
1 cup of Spinach
1 cup of Kale
1/4 cup of Walnuts
1 Tsp of Sea Salt
1 Tbsp of Ghee Butter


Everything goes into the InstaPot for 1-minute on the pressure cooking setting.

Add 1/4 cup of water and 2 Tbsp of avocado oil

Strain the veggies and transfer to a Vitamix or food processor

Add 1 squeezed lime, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, and fresh dill

1 Pad of Ghee and add 4-5 large romaine heart leaves

Blend through to a rough consistency ( thicker is better ) Start with 30 seconds

Additional Sea Salt to Taste
