Wild Shrimp and Cauliflower Medley


This wild seafood dish takes less than 6 minutes of cook time in the InstaPot and tastes just as fantastic as it looks on the plate. Full of clean protein, healthy fats, and nutrient dense veggies. Pro Tip: 5 oz. of shrimp delivers nearly 20 grams of protein.


12-16 Wild Red Shrimp (Trader Joes)

1 cup of Broccoli

1 cup of cauliflower rice

1 cup of diced heirloom carrots

1 cup of Diced Kale

1 Large Avocado

1 Tsp Sea Salt


Add all food ingredients to the InstaPot, yes they can be frozen solid

Set a timer for 5 minutes, adding 1/2 cup of water and 2 Tbsp of your favorite oil 

Drain water, plate the veggies and shrimp

Top with avocado slices and sea salt to taste
