Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Small Avocado
1 Cup of Organic Spinach
1/2 Fuji Apple
2 Table Spoons of Organic Coconut Cream
1 dash of Organic stevia powdered extract 
1/4 cup of water
1 Tbsp of Grass-Fed Collagen Protein

 

Directions:

Combine ingredients together in a high powered blender on high for 20 seconds.

Notes:

This smoothie is an excellent way to start the day. It fills the requirements for a complete meal checking all the bases: carbs, proteins, and healthy fats from the best sourcing available. For an optional boost of color try some raspberries or a single serving of vanilla for extra natural flavor.
